Our 4 exclusive apartments, which are part of the new Turquesa Del Mar project, are located in the beautiful surroundings of Alicante - Orihuela Costa - La Zenia.

With its luxury, comfort and peace, it will satisfy all those interested in renting. This oasis of tranquility and elegance offers an outdoor private pool, a beautifully landscaped garden and a sunny terrace, all complemented by free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Each apartment has air conditioning and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and a spacious living room with a TV. The apartment is 74 m2 in size.

One bedroom has a large double bed with its own bathroom and the other bedroom has two more beds. In total, each apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people. The second bathroom is accessible from the main hallway of the apartment.

The living room is connected to the dining room and the kitchen, which has a custom-made kitchen unit in a glossy white color. Of course, there are built-in appliances such as an oven, a microwave oven and a refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchen also has a built-in washing machine.

The kitchen is also equipped with other necessary small appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle.

In the living room there is a couch with a coffee table and guests can also use a smart TV where you can connect your own Netflix, HBO Max or Disney plus.

From the living room you can reach the large terrace through french doors. There is a large table with chairs for up to 6 people, a lounger and two armchairs with a small table, ideal for sitting while having a coffee or a drink.

Quality towels and bed linen are available throughout your stay.

In addition, guests can enjoy free on-site parking in underground garages. Each apartment has its own number for the parking space, which you will receive after confirming the reservation.

A children's playground is prepared for small guests, where they can enjoy joyful moments.

Alicante - Elche International Airport (ALC) is only 40 minutes by car from our luxury accommodation, ensuring easy access. Cleaning is included in the rental price and we will take care of it.

Near the apartment you will find popular beaches such as Playa Cala la Mosca, Playa Flamenca, Playa de La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa de Mil Palmeras and many others.

The nearest beach, Playa Flamenca, is 1.5 km away, which is actually about 20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car.

Both the entire area with the swimming pool and the apartments are wheelchair accessible. The nearest Mercadona supermarket is approx. 1 km from the apartment, and the largest Zenia Boulevard shopping center is also approx. 1 km from the apartment.
